A standard NHS eye examination is available alongside the latest technologies. With digital imaging technology, we can capture a clear picture of the back of the eye by combining fundus photography with a deep tissue 3D OCT scan. Using a 3D OCT scan, we can examine the layers of the eye beneath the surface using a harmless light beam – very similar to how an ultrasound scan works.
